We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order or booking. Please review our cancellation policy below:


Order Cancellation

For Physical Products:

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.


For Services:

Cancellation of services must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date may incur a cancellation fee.


Booking Cancellation

For Appointments:

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.


For Events or Classes: 

Cancellation of event or class bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event or class. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event or class may not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds


- Refunds for canceled orders or bookings will be processed within 3-5 business days of the cancellation request.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
